The Rodders Life Sydney Nationals has been developed to offer you, the car enthusiast, an event where you can take your Hot Rod, Street Machine, Muscle Car, Custom, Drag Car or Elite Show Car and CUT LOOSE in a safe and controlled environment or simply show off your pride & Joy whilst cruising around the massive cruise track all day!

We have provided an event which is specifically designed to cater for all of the family with something of interest for everyone from the Kids to the lovely ladies who put up with our endless hours in the shed!

The event has been planned to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe weekend, doing what we all love doing most....Being Car Nuts!

And whilst you're out there cruising, keep your eyes open for the RODDER'S LIFE Media Crew and their cameras as they capture and showcase what is the Aussie Car Culture at its best!

ENTRY

Entries are EASY... No wasting time mailing cheques & entry forms, simply click on the
'CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE ENTRY FORM' button located at the top of this page or on the home
page, fill out your entry form and submit payment...all online!

Once you click on the entry form button you will be prompted to either tick that you are
'only entering your vehicle' or 'Entering a vehicle with option to camp'....tick one and
simply follow the prompts....

We will e-mail you back a confirmation and post you an entrant kit prior to the event.

Please ensure that you upload images of your car when entering.

Before 1^st October 2011 - $120.00
(Includes Vehicle Entry + Entrant T-Shirt +Driver & Buddy Weekend passes + Goodies Bag)
This entry includes access to all driving events of your choice

1^st October to 24^th November 2011 - $150.00
(Includes Vehicle Entry + Driver & Buddy Weekend passes - NO Entrant T-Shirt or Goodies Bag)
This entry includes access to all driving events of your choice

25^th/26^th/27^th November 2011 - $180.00
(Includes Vehicle Entry + Driver & Buddy Weekend passes - NO Entrant T-Shirt or Goodies Bag)
This entry includes access to all driving events of your choice, but no guarentees as some events may be full


Sat 26^th/ Sun 27^th November 2011 - One Day Passes - $100.00 Per Day - CRUISING ONLY
This entry gives you access to the event for driver & vehicle only for one day....you can enjoy the atmosphere
and join in on the cruising but no access to any of the driving events

Kids Under 12 years of age are FREE!

Entrants, Buddies, Campers and Weekend Pass Holders will be issued with arm bands. Please ensure you don't lose your armbands during the event as, no armbands....no entry.

Spectator tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the gate during the event.

We know that stuff happens and we are happy to provide a refund if you are unable to attend, but please understand that No refunds will be given 2 weeks prior to the event.

ON-SITE CAMPING

If you would like to camp, the venue provides the highest quality camping style accommodation facilities with each site being a dedicated powered site with enough room to park your car along with your Trailer, Tent, Winnebago whatever! Each site has a sealed tar road leading to it, so no muddy adventures. Additionally, Toilets and Hot Shower facilities are provided for your comfort.
If you need to get your trailer out of the way, we have a dedicated trailer compound on site.

To ensure you secure your on-site accommodation, The ONLINE ENRY FORM includes a provision for you to book your camping accommodation all in the one form when you enter online.

Please note your entry fee does not include Camping.

If you're not sure whether you will be camping or not, you can upgrade your entry to camping on the day of the event, but no guarantee is given that you will get a site, as numbers are limited.

If you're not entering a car this year for whatever reason but still want to enjoy the atmosphere of the event over the weekend.....That's cool too! Simply go online and book on the same ONLINE ENTRY FORM.
NOTE: You will need to purchase a Non-Entrant weekend pass for each camper.

Each Campsite is permitted to have ONE support vehicle only! Others can be parked in the dedicated parking outside.

Entrants Camping Fee:$50 per night (Friday & Saturday Night only).

For entrants attending from other states that may have a special requirement and need to stay an extra night before or after the event please contact the event organisers and an arrangement can be made.

UNREGISTERED VEHICLES

The Rodder's Life Sydney Nationals is designed to cater for all automotive enthusiasts whether you own a Modified Streeter, Drag Car, Radical Show Car or dedicated Burnout Beast.As this is what we're all about. However, in the best interest of Regulations and Safety we will not allow Backyard Bashers that are not fit for any specific purpose and are unsafe as YOU WILL NOT PASS SCRUTENEERING!

If you think your car is border line, we are fair, contact us prior to entering and will make an individual judgment. Simply e-mail us at info@rodderslifehrc.com.au with some good quality images of the car and we can go from there.

FOOD & ALCOHOL

There will be a variety of food, drink & coffee outlets available during the event along with
2 Licenced Bars, one in the marquee next to the grandstand and another in the middle
of the cruise track.....

Drunken idiots WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, if you can't handle your alcohol...STAY HOME!!!

Campers are permitted to bring their own food & gas BBQ's into the venue.

There will be no alcohol allowed to be brought into the venue. Vehicles and spectators will be checked by security upon entry. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and bearer may be refused entry or evicted from the venue.

Breath testing will be carried out on all entrants prior to any driving events.

SCRUITINEERING

A general check of your vehicle will be necessary prior to issue of any vehicle entry stickers to ensure the safety of yourself and others during the event. Registration papers will be necessary at this point along with Engineers reports if required.

Essential Safety Requirements are as follows:

• 360 Degree Tail shaft Loop
• Secure & Fully Operational Throttle Return Mechanism
• Approved Helmet
• Long Sleeved Shirt & Long Pants (During Driving Events)
• Secure Battery
• Approved Seat Belts or Racing Harness

Note: Vehicles cannot be modified after Scrutineering

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Drivers must hold a current drivers license and be a minimum of 18 years of age. Your Drivers License and Registration papers will need to be produced at scrutineering. Entrant's vehicles must be road registered. Unregistered vehicles will be strictly at the event promoters discretion and subject to passing all safety regulations. Entrants and their buddies are responsible for their own actions and will be held liable for any damages caused to any property regardless. Any damages must be paid for. Any disruptive, violent or antisocial behavior will NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in the immediate eviction from the event and the termination of vehicle entry, No questions asked. Due to contractual agreements between Rodder's Life HRCC Inc and Sydney Dragway, the event will always go ahead on the scheduled dates regardless of weather or any other reason and no refunds will be given as a result. Entrants enter the event understanding the full terms and conditions as outlined. An entry refund will only be issued with an entry withdrawal provided in writing no later than two weeks prior to the event. Any entrants that do not attend the event do so willingly and therefore understand that their entry is not refundable nor transferable. Entrants entering vehicles on the day of the event do so at their own discretion and do understand that there will be no refunds issued due to reasons such as poor weather, full capacity driving events or any other reasons out of the control of the promoter. Entrants who have had their armbands removed due to their misbehavior during the event are responsible for their own actions and will not be illegible for refunds. Any person caught driving an entered vehicle on the track without the correct armband, will automatically lose any privileges of the entrant/vehicle owner and all event access stickers will be removed from the vehicle. Entrants are at all times responsible for their vehicle and for their own, and their passengers behavior.
